Her career as a paralegal, and later as an attorney, spans decades of private practice and elite public service, most recently serving as a senior attorney for NATO’s Allied Command Transformation (ACT).

• NATO Leadership: Founded and directed the Personal Transition Support Section at NATO’s ACT for 20 years, delivering or supervising over 100,000 instances of personalized legal and personal transition assistance. Created and maintained the 9-volume Legal Transition Series (topical guides focused on legal-related matters and personal transition issues routinely encountered by NATO personnel and their families). 

• High-Stakes Advisory: Served as a trusted advisor to Commanders, Chiefs of Staff, Financial Controllers, and executive contract heads on legal and politically sensitive matters.
